Master Administrative Calendar (Governing, Technical & Advisory Boards)
The following table provides guidance to the Executive Committee and the Chairs of the Governing, Technical and Advisory boards in scheduling routine meetings and activities. The scheduling keys off of the scheduling of DCMI Annual Meeting and Conference. While the Annual Meeting and Conference usually occurs during September-October, DCMI's "planning year" for budget starts on October 1. This October 1 start of the planning year provides for budget review and approval at or near the Annual Meeting and Conference.
The "Months" column in the table denotes the count-down in months to the Annual Meeting and Conference.
